Be a Guest on The Parts Whisperer
Hello friend,
Thank you for checking out this page!
Maybe you listened to an episode and felt something. Maybe there's a part of you that's been waiting — quietly… patiently — for exactly this kind of invitation. Maybe you've been doing your own healing work and you're ready to go a little deeper, with someone beside you.
Whatever brought you here — that matters. And I'm so glad you're here!

Being a guest on The Parts Whisperer means sitting with me — Patricia Ogden, IFS Level 3 practitioner — for a real, live Internal Family Systems session. No script. No performance. Just you, your inner world, and genuine curiosity about what's there.
You don't need to know anything about IFS. You don't need to have a dramatic story. You don't need to be ready to share everything — you only ever share what feels right, and you can stop at any time.
What you do need is a willingness to slow down, turn inward, and get a little curious.
That's enough. That's everything.

Before our session you'll receive a Guest Prep Document explaining exactly what IFS is and what our time together will look like and an invite to meet with me for a brief consultation and to answer any questions you might have. You'll also receive a consent form covering how the recording will be used, your right to review it before publication, and your option to use a pseudonym.
Our session will be recorded and may be edited into an episode of The Parts Whisperer — but nothing is published without your review and approval first.

IFS is a gentle, evidence-based model — and I hold every session with care, skill, and deep respect for your nervous system. If at any point something feels like too much, we slow down or stop. Your wellbeing always comes before any podcast episode.
If you are currently in crisis or working through acute trauma, I'd gently encourage you to work with a therapist individually before joining us here. This space is for healing — and sometimes the most loving thing is knowing when another container is needed first.
