In our one-on-one IFS coaching sessions, we go inside — gently, curiously, and without judgment. Together we'll get to know the parts of you that have been carrying heavy loads, help them feel seen and understood, and create the space for your true Self to lead. This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about coming home to who you've always been.

Individual coaching is a good fit if you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship wounds, addictive patterns, chronic pain, or simply a deep knowing that there's more healing available to you than you've yet experienced.

We work with the cycles and patterns that keep you stuck, and we help each of you access the Self-energy that makes genuine connection possible.

This work is for couples who are willing to go beneath the surface — and who believe their relationship is worth the journey.

What Is an IFS Intensive?

Think of traditional weekly therapy as a steady drip from a faucet—consistent, but slow. An IFS Intensive is like turning that faucet on full blast for a dedicated weekend. Instead of spreading sessions out over months, we compress the work into 2 to 3 consecutive days of deep, uninterrupted focus (typically 4–6 hours per day).

This format eliminates the "start-stop" cycle of weekly appointments where you spend the first 20 minutes catching up and the last 10 minutes closing down difficult emotions. In an intensive, we have the time to:

• Build deep safety before approaching difficult parts.

• Stay with breakthroughs until they are fully integrated, rather than pausing mid-process.

• Accomplish in days what might otherwise take 3 to 6 months of weekly sessions.

It is an immersive "therapeutic retreat" designed for clients who want rapid transformation, have hit a plateau in weekly work, or simply need a protected space to disconnect from daily stressors and focus entirely on their internal system.

1 Day Intensive Price includes 4-6 hours of work + preparation + integration + text/call coaching day before and after, all for $1200-$1500.

3 Day Intensive Price includes 12-18 hours of total work + time preparation + integration + text/call coaching throughout the process, for $3500 - $4500.
